
The Manresa Wilds Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, part-time internship designed for college-aged students. Interns typically work approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility built into a 12-week program window (Monday, May 18 – Friday, August 7) to accommodate vacations, academic obligations, and other summer commitments.
Interns are paid $24 per hour for up to 25 hours per week over the duration of the 10-week program, with a maximum total compensation of $6,000. Schedules are arranged flexibly in coordination with supervisors, and interns work closely with staff on meaningful, hands-on projects that support the development, stewardship, and public engagement of Manresa Wilds.
The Design & Construction Intern will support the planning, monitoring, and execution of projects related to the opening of the first phase of Manresa Wilds, including the Northern Forest. This role offers hands-on experience in site development, construction coordination, and land-based project implementation within a mission-driven public landscape.This role is well suited for an engineering student, or a student interested in construction management, landscape development, or infrastructure projects.
