
The Manresa Wilds Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, part-time internship designed for college-aged students. Interns typically work approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibility built into a 12-week program window (Monday, May 18 – Friday, August 7) to accommodate vacations, academic obligations, and other summer commitments.
Interns are paid $24 per hour for up to 25 hours per week over the duration of the 10-week program, with a maximum total compensation of $6,000. Schedules are arranged flexibly in coordination with supervisors, and interns work closely with staff on meaningful, hands-on projects that support the development, stewardship, and public engagement of Manresa Wilds.
The Development Intern will support fundraising and advancement efforts at Manresa Wilds during an exciting period of growth and park opening. This role offers hands-on experience in nonprofit development, donor engagement, and research within a mission-driven public landscape organization. The internship is well suited for a student interested in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, data systems, or social impact work.
