Planning & Zoning Public Meetings

Manresa Wilds is currently working through the City of Norwalk's Planning & Zoning process to rezone the site for its next phase of development.

As part of this process, the Planning & Zoning Commission will review the proposed Special District–Manresa Wilds (SD-MW), a new zoning district tailored to the site's planned transformation into a publicly accessible park and community destination. The proposed district would establish the zoning framework for future phases of Manresa Wilds and guide the site's long-term redevelopment.
